Customer Service and Warranty
English Decorations is very involved with the wishes of our customers and is happy to provide an excellent service. However, if you experience a problem with one of our products, we will always strive for a solution that our customer is satisfied with. We therefore have an extensive warranty scheme for your vintage Chesterfields.

- Our Chesterfields come standard with a maintenance package so that you can keep the furniture in good condition for as long as possible
If, after three years, a part of the Chesterfield unexpectedly suffers damage, such as a wheel that falls off the chair, or a hinge that breaks in a bookcase, we will still replace this part! However, we expect the wheels to serve you for about 10 years and that the hinges will in principle remain in good condition for life. In the cases described above, we will carry out the repair free of charge. However, if your Chesterfield is damaged for any reason other than normal wear and tear, we will be required to settle the repair. English Decorations is in any case service-oriented, which means that we always keep the repair costs as low as possible.
